• There will be no charge for the use of the Kitchen if only used for the preparation of Tea / Coffee etc

• In addition to the Village Hall, there is a Marquee available for Hire either externally, or in conjunction with a Village Hall event. Please go to Marquee Hire for details of rates and sizes.

• If you wish to make a Booking, please first check the Hall Availability Calendar for your desired time and date, and then either contact the Bookings Secretary or download a Booking Form from the Calendar page.

The data is stored electronically and password protected and we place the utmost importance on individuals right to privacy and so will not respond to any 3^rd party request for information other than directly to authorised persons relating to individual hiring of the facilities.

Authorised hirers of the facilities may request details of the personal information held and request that this be added to, deleted or changed by contacting the Village Hall Booking Secretary.”
