Marquee Hire

In addition to the Village Hall, Donyatt Recreational Area has a beautiful Marquee for hire to enhance any function, available either as an addition to a Village Hall event, or for hire externally. Please contact Sarah Young on 07716 067889 or email sarahayoung1985@gmail.com.

The charges include delivery, collection, erection and dismantling either in conjuction with a Village Hall function or within a 5 mile radius of Donyatt. Greater distances are available by arrangement. Please contact Sarah for details.

Externally, the Hirer is asked to provide at least three helpers to work alongside experts during erection and dismantling of the Marquee/s

Modular in design, the Marquee is available in sizes from 20' x 20' to 60' x 20'. It is possible to split the Marquee into two separate structures, both enclosed, one @ 20' x 20' and the other @ 20' x 30' to provide separate spaces for different uses. When connected to the Village Hall, the maximum size is 20' x 30' but the second Marquee can be erected nearby, or the entire 60' x 20' Marquee can be erected within the Village Hall grounds

Please Note: A deposit of 50% (Non-refundable) is required at the time of booking, travel is charged at a rate of £0.45 per mile.
