Please Note:

There will be no charge for the use of the Kitchen if only used for the preparation of Tea / Coffee etc

In addition to the Village Hall, there is a Marquee available for Hire either externally, or in conjunction with a Village Hall event. Please go to Marquee Hire for details of rates and sizes.

If you wish to make a Booking, please first check the Hall Availability Calendar for your desired time and date, and then either contact the Bookings Secretary or download a Booking Form from the Calendar page.

Hire Rates - from 1st January 2020 Standard Rates (Discounted rates for local residents in Red) Returnable Damage Deposit £50.00 minimum. Private Bookings for £55.00 or less, full payment upfront. Booking Deposit for private bookings of £56.00 or more = 50% of hire fee.
** Note £10:00 Premium for Friday and Saturday evening sessions

The Donyatt Village Hall Bookings Secretary may hold personal data computer records for those who wish to hire the village hall facilities for contact, invoicing and payment purposes. The data is stored electronically and password protected and we place the utmost importance on individuals right to privacy and so will not respond to any 3^rd party request for information other than directly to authorised persons relating to individual hiring of the facilities.

Authorised hirers of the facilities may request details of the personal information held and request that this be added to, deleted or changed by contacting the Village Hall Booking Secretary.”
